Sarracenia moorei is the hybrid of leucophylla and flava. It is a timeless classic and gardeners' favorite because it is large, tall and colorful. S. moorei is not the most vigorous and sometimes has a very short peak season, either in the spring or fall.
These seeds are a S. moorei with a bit S. psittacina and rubra in its ancestry! ‘Kilimanjaro’ x ‘Lunchbox' looks very much like S. leucophylla but is exceptionally vigorous due its hybrid parentage.
