'Kilimanjaro' is a complex hybrid of sweet, parrot and white top pitcher plants created by Jerry Addington. It is fast-growing, clumping and beautiful. ‘Kilimanjaro’ can almost be mistaken for a pure white top pitcher plant. However, unlike the white top pitcher plant, it produces sturdy white leaves in the spring and summer.
Pitchers are green with white areoles and veining throughout. Pink patches often form late in the season. A showy white hybrid that readily divides, pitchers are usually around 2 feet tall. One should expect the best foliage in the fall.
Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. It loses its leaves in the winter. Cold hardy to 20F in a pot and 0F in the ground.
All plants will ship bare root, without pots and soil.
