Description: "Blood Moon" x 'Kilimanjaro' pitcher plant is a fantastic complex hybrid the produces an abundance of purple mottled leaves. Growing to approximately 18" tall, it has wild S. x moorei genetics from "Blood Moon" and the clumping growth habit of rubra and psittacina from 'Kilimajaro'. Its a really excellent plant for the bog garden or as a specimen in a large container.
Care: Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. In a bog garden, use a mixture of peat moss and sand.
