S. 'Pride' is a complex hybrid created by Jerry Addington that has 18" tall red leaves with a yellow interior and dramatic veined throat. This clone is somewhat vigorous for us here and produces its best leaves in the spring.
Sarracenia "Kew Gardens" pitcher plant is a fast-growing medium height hybrid of rubra ssp alabamensis and flava var rubricorpora. It is the darkest pitcher plant we have ever seen. It tends to pass on its dark colors as well as unique shape to its seedlings.
We have germinated these and are very pleased with the seedlings. They predominantly look like Kew Gardens. Let the darkness into your garden and heart with these seeds, they won't disappoint you!
