Description: Albino southern purple pitcher plants are quite rare in cultivation; it is a fairly new introduction. They are small, approximately 6" in diameter, and have elegant hoods that wrap around the mouth. The leaves emerge bright lime green, and fade to yellow over the winter. It is evergreen like most S. purpurea clones, so it has 2 years worth of leaves at a time.
Pitcher Plant Care: Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. It loses its leaves in the winter. Cold hardy to 20F in a pot and 0F in the ground.
All plants will ship bare root, without pots and soil.
