Description: Sarracenia leucophylla "Cronus" is an extremely large- growing and vigorous example of the white top pitcher plant. It is capable of growing upwards of three feet tall. This is a great addition to any bog garden, and is valued for its late show summer of vibrant foliage.
For those gardeners interested in creating their own designer Sarracenia seeds, "Cronus" is a great breeder as well. It tends to pass on its size and vigor to its offspring.
Sarracenia Care: Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. It loses its leaves in the winter. Cold hardy to 20F in a pot and 0F in the ground.
