Sarracenia Wishing Well Pitcher Plant
Description: Sarracenia "Wishing Well" is an outstanding clone of the North American pitcher plant. It was developed by Jerry Addington and is exclusive to our nursery. In all respects it is an improved Sarracenia flava var. cuprea or "copper top trumpet pitcher". It produces a huge crop of sturdy, wide, medium-height leaves in the spring. New leaves are bronze color maturing to chartreuse.
Pitcher Plant Care: Plant in full sun to part shade outdoors. Use peat moss and perlite in a very large planter and keep it wet. In a bog garden, use a mixture of peat moss and sand. It loses its leaves in the winter. Cold hardy to 20F in a pot and 0F in the ground.Orders placed from the following states will ship Bare Root: AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA
