S. 'Saurus' is a moorei with a great name. Some years it makes a few big leaves in the spring with points on the lip. It is dark too.
S. 'Dionne' is a European hybrid that is strong growing and produces white and green leaves that quickly mature to hot pink. We haven't used it much as a plant parent, but it is likely to create seedlings with plenty of pink and white!
