S. "Prometheus" is a plant that Jerry Addington named and used extensively to make excellent seedlings. It has a very strong fall show of huge, hooded leaves with white spots. Crossed to S. leucophylla it has the potential to make shockingly vigorous, white, hooded plants. S. leucophylla 'Hurricane Creek White' clone F is a great choice for the pairing because it is a large, late-season plant with a bulbous shape.
The best seedlings of this group will have phenomenal vigor, hooded leaves in the spring and fall and extensive white.
